La Filosofia - The Philosophy

Credo sia importante porsi alcune domande: "ma perchè una ricerca clinica deve avere costi di implementazione superiori a quelli connessi con lo sviluppo delle conoscenze scientifiche stesse? Perchè ogni volta che penso ad un protocollo poi non lo realizzo a causa dei costi e delle complicazioni? Perchè, pur spendendo cifre esagerate, sono insoddisfatto?" La risposta alle domande precedenti, e a molte altre, è una sola: perchè avete scelto un partner (CRO o altro) che affetto da gigantismo (solo strutturale) non vi affianca, ma recita il ruolo che deve invece essere il vostro: essere il promotore intellettuale e gestore delle ricerche che voi ideate e soprattutto finanziate.

Ecco con me questo non accadrà mai, la struttura che vi affiancherà sarà sempre e solo un abito su misura, per dimensioni e costi.

I guess it is important ask ourself some questions: "why a clinical research must have implementation costs higher than those relevant to the development of scientific knowledge itself? Why any time I think to a protocol then I do not realize cause the costs and complications? Why, in spite of an exagerate spending, I am still unsatisfied?" The answer to previous questions, and many others, is only one: because you have decided for a partner (CRO or similar) affected by gigantism (only structural) is not side by side with you but plays the role that must be your: be the intellectual promoter and manager of the researches that you create and, more important, pay.

Well with me this will never happen, the structure that will walk with you will allways be only a tailored dress, for dimensions and costs.
